  • The role of a finance advisory manager involves optimizing all aspects of the finance organization, including assessment, target operating model definition, business process improvement, enterprise transformation, and finance technology enablement.
  • Demonstrate expertise in finance functions, accounting processes, people, processes, and technology components that support them, such as procurement to pay, order to cash, source to report, acquire to retire, and forecasting and planning.
  • Utilize digital skillsets, like experience with visualization tools, automation technologies, and data analysis, to continue modernizing service delivery models within management consulting through the digitization of services.
  • Deliver high-quality work within expected timeframes, scope, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Oversight and drive projects to completion by identifying opportunities and solutions, monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping stakeholders informed about key milestones and engagement outcomes.
  • Support internal and external business development activities and networking.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountancy / Cost & Management Accountancy / MBA from a top-tier institution with a minimum of 6 years of experience working in a Big 4 or large organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge in advising finance organizations on business processes, including finance transformation, business process improvement, shared services, and technology enablement.
  • Experience in at least one of the following focus areas: finance transformation, business process improvement, shared services, or technology enablement.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal effectively with ambiguity.
