Our Structured Trading team in Powai is seeking an Analyst/Associate to work closely with trading, sales and structuring functions dealing primarily with EMEA and US regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. They will be responsible for Pricing, Modelling, Position-keeping, Market tracking and Trade-idea generation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working in close tandem with global trading desks facing dynamic markets and aggressive deadlines
  • Gaining knowledge of relevant global financial products and models developed by our business
  • Answering client requests, including data requests and designing bespoke models
  • Performing Trade modelling, Strategy selection, and Performance analysis
  • Building infrastructure to implement new models and maintaining existing infrastructure
  • Collaborating with sales, traders and structurers to execute new trades, post-trade analysis, position keeping
  • Converting financial market knowledge into understandable investment opinions and making relative value recommendations
  • Staying current on market and commercial developments to inform investment strategies
  • Assisting senior management in preparing pitches for internal Investment committees and management packs
