Cloud-Native Product Development Opportunity

Our flagship product, Private Cloud Director, transforms existing infrastructure into a full-featured private cloud. Enterprise IT teams can manage virtual machines and containers with familiar graphical user interfaces and automated APIs in a secure environment.

We are seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to contribute to the development of our cloud-native product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, expertise in cloud-native technologies, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

The Staff Engineer will work on designing and implementing product roadmaps for our Kubernetes ecosystem, focusing on delivering high-quality cloud infrastructure deployments using our products, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring and improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of our product line.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong sense of ownership for their work and a passion for working in a data-driven organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with programming in Python or Golang.
  • 8-12 years of experience in a software development role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, switching, routing, and network protocols.
  • Prior experience in developing networking products (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Being a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
