Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ATE test development engineer to lead our project focused on migrating automated test equipment (ATE) test programs.

The primary responsibility will be to migrate existing test programs from various platforms, including Teradyne J750, ETS 88, and Teradyne Microflex, to the NI STS platform.

  • Migrate full test programs from source platforms to the target NI STS platform.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new NI STS environment.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or an equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
