Job Role:

  • The Junior Copywriter plays a pivotal role in maintaining our position in the market by contributing to strategic brand development and execution.
Key Responsibilities

 

  • 1. Collaborate with content partners to generate new concepts and opportunities, leading to innovative brand strategy and effective execution.
  • 2. Develop case studies along with the Account Management team for award entries, partnerships, and pitches, showcasing creative solutions and results-driven strategies.

 

Communication & Coordination
  • 3. Attend mid-size campaign briefs by the Account Management team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • 4. Meet clients every fortnight to understand their satisfaction with the creative strategy and execution, building strong relationships and fostering client loyalty.

 

Creative Strategy
  • 5. Analyze client briefs with the account management team to identify key insights and develop targeted brand strategies and execution plans.
  • 6. Create compelling brand strategies for new client pitches, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
  • 7. Pitch mid-size campaigns to clients along with the Account Management team, presenting creative solutions and demonstrating expertise.
  • 8. Explore new content formats and trends that can be leveraged for client pitches, client briefs, and new partnerships, staying ahead of the competition.
  • 9. Identify emerging trends and insights that can inform client pitches, client briefs, and new partnerships, driving business growth and innovation.

 

Creative Execution
  • 10. Craft contextual, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives results.
  • 11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute client briefs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • 12. Work closely with arts & graphics, video, and production teams to co-create innovative content that meets client expectations.
