Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the data management group, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of data profiling/PII analysis/sensitive field analysis methods.
  • Experience in data masking and data provisioning techniques for testing environments.
  • Expertise with enterprise databases - IMS, DB2, Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Ability to understand current architecture, data flows and application dependency.
  • Proficiency in one or more TDM tools (Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, DataMasque).
  • Experience in integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipeline.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Australia banking domain experience.
  • Experience working on the tools like Compuware File-AID, IBM RDX.
  • Mainframe job scheduling tools - OPC, ESP.
  • Hands on experience working in SQL queries.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with mainframe technology.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
