We are a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, and we're looking for a talented Solution Architect to join our team.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per year

Job Description:

The Solution Architect will play a key role in the design and implementation of our applications, ensuring that they meet client business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and experience with ITAM, ITBM, PPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, HRSD, CSM, and Scope Applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in process flow analysis and redesign along with the Project Manager.
  • Create High-Level and Low-Level Design Documents for ServiceNow proposals.
  • Share best practices and provide consultative guidance throughout the technical design of the project.
  • Produce detailed functional design documents to match customer requirements.
  • Develop technical specifications for custom development and systems integration requirements.
  • Participate in internal projects as needed.
  • Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM and ITAM.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ability to train rest of the team for various technical roles (System Admin, Developer, Implementation Specialist) required for ServiceNow implementation.
  • Experience with ITAM, ITBM (PPM) and Service Portal.
  • Advanced experience in ITAM, ITBM, PPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Orchestration, HRSD, CSM and Scope Applications.
  • ServiceNow e-bonding with proprietary or custom-developed solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture, and experience managing expectations and priorities.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
  • Participated in, and familiar with, project methodologies.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations.
  • 5-7 years of ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience.
  • Proven Solutions consulting experience.
