Job Title: Business Requirements Analyst

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with exceptional analytical skills?

We are seeking an experienced Business Requirements Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by analyzing information needs and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to gather information needs and functional requirements.
  • Analyze and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, and workshops.
  • Define and deliver business requirements documents, use cases, GUI designs, and other artifacts as needed.
  • Drive business units on their assumptions and plans, ensuring successful execution.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, technology teams, and support teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
