About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Trainer. The ideal candidate will facilitate and conduct behavioural training programs, workshops, and webinars for various clients.

Responsibilities include preparing engaging content, delivering training sessions, assessing effectiveness, and providing feedback. The successful candidate will also be expected to tailor training sessions to meet the diverse needs of participants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Facilitation and Workshop Delivery skills
  • Content Creation and Curriculum Development skills
  • Assessment of Training Effectiveness and Feedback skills
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to tailor training sessions to various audiences
  • Experience in organizational development or a similar field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
