Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Trainer. The Trainer will facilitate and conduct behavioural training programs, workshops, and webinars for various clients. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing training materials, delivering engaging content, assessing training effectiveness, and providing feedback. The Trainer will also be expected to tailor training sessions to meet the diverse needs of participants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Training Facilitation and Workshop Delivery skills
• Content Creation and Curriculum Development skills
• Assessment of Training Effectiveness and Feedback skills
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to tailor training sessions to various audiences
• Experience in organizational development or a similar field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
