Key Deliverables

  1. Provide end-user support and resolve complex system issues independently
  2. Maintain IT infrastructure across multiple platforms including Macbook, Windows, and Linux
  3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, update documentation, and ensure compliance with established service level agreements
  4. Participate in capacity planning, root cause analysis, and on-call support to ensure 24/7 system availability

Role Responsibilities

  1. Manage user accounts and system access using Active Directory and related tools
  2. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues
  3. Conduct regular performance analysis and proactive troubleshooting of systems and services
  4. Support wireless technologies and backup processes

About the Role

This role is a key position within the organization, requiring strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple operating systems, network protocols, and hardware configurations.
