Offline Marketing Specialist

This role is responsible for spearheading all on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Development & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.

Event Management & Promotion

  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, orientations, RWAs activations, interschool competitions, workshops, and fairs.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with admissions team members, creative/content teams, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, project management skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
