Industrial Gas Solutions Expert

We offer innovative solutions for various industries. As a Sales/Senior Engineer, you will be part of our journey towards a better tomorrow.

The Role:

  • Promote and sell industrial gas solutions across India.
  • Train indirect sales channels to ensure they have the required competence and confidence to identify and specify industrial gas opportunities.
  • Support project specification, product positioning, and pricing based on segments.
  • Develop strategic approaches for maximizing sales opportunities of industrial gases.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, market prices, and competitor activities to increase market share.
  • Drive market awareness and work closely with the digital marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that position us in the target market.
  • Identify and build sustainable relationships with new markets and sales channels.
  • Prepare and present customer proposals, product presentations, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct market analysis and pipeline and sales reporting.
  • Drive customer success by ensuring that our sales channels offer the right solution and complete a successful installation and commissioning process.
  • Share leads for other products to address full potential and increase customer share.

Expected Outcomes:

  • All-India business growth in terms of quantity and value by focusing on standalone sales of industrial gas solutions, replacement/upgradation, liquid-to-PSA conversion.
  • Increased lead generation via digital campaigns, sales presentations, and customer meetings.
  • New business opportunities and product applications identified.
