Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with extensive experience in networking and Cisco technologies to take charge of maintaining our networks. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for network-related issues to ensure agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on ITIL best practices and adhere to established guidelines and customer policies.
- Collaborate with monitoring teams to identify and resolve Layer 2 network problems and perform regular failover tests for network devices and links.
- Evaluate the availability of network devices against defined SLAs and implement regular backups of network devices.
- Validate network diagrams and LAN/WAN topology on a periodic basis to maintain accurate documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Possess CCNP certification or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches and Routers.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of Cisco products, including Prime Infrastructure, Identity Service Engine, WLC, and Nexus.
- Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN, SD-Access, and DNA.
Skill and Qualification Overview:
- Cisco Routing, Switching, Network Configuration, Port Security, Spanning Tree, LAN-WAN, Cisco ASA, Check Point Firewall.
Compensation Package:
This role offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, contingent upon your level of experience.
