About the Job
You will work as an HR Integration Solution Architect within our Technology Center in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing or customizing solutions that integrate HR systems. Your deep skills and experience in SAP Integration for HR will be crucial in creating state-of-the-art functional and technical specifications or configuration documents.
Responsibilities
- Develop or customize solutions that integrate HR systems
- Create functional and technical specifications or configuration documents
- Translate solution design into software code or enhanced configuration
- Engineer, develop, maintain, test, and improve related code and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor/master's degree in IT, computer sciences, or business with additional qualifications in technology
- 7-10 years of development experience with at least 5 years of experience in HR Integration
- Proven knowledge and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP-HCM, and integration solutions through multiple implementations across various IT solutions
- Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM)
- Knowledge of systems integration, release management, and deployment expertise across various tools
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Python and any automation platforms
- Good understanding of SAP integration layer (PI/PO), ABAP, RFC, iDoc
- Knowledge on Germany or any country SAP-HCM payroll
