Job Title: Advanced Digital Fault Tolerance Specialist

About the Role

The company is looking for a skilled Digital Fault Tolerance Specialist to develop and implement cutting-edge Digital Fault Tolerance (DFT) architecture for ASIC/SoC designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • DFT Architecture Development: Design and implement DFT architecture for ASIC/SoC designs, ensuring seamless integration with other design components.
  • Scan Chain Management: Insert and verify scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), MBIST, LBIST, and other test structures to ensure comprehensive fault coverage.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate closely with RTL and physical design teams to ensure that DFT features are properly integrated into the design process.
  • Test Pattern Generation: Generate and validate test patterns using ATPG tools for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults, maximizing test effectiveness.
  • Fault Simulation and Coverage Analysis: Perform thorough fault simulation and coverage analysis to optimize test quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Silicon Bring-Up and Debugging: Support silicon bring-up and debug of test-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems efficiently.
  • ATE Program Development: Develop test programs in collaboration with ATE teams, ensuring production testing is efficient and effective.
