Email Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Manager to lead our campaign execution team.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email campaigns, including setup, data selection, rollout, and performance analysis.
  • Create and manage customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies across multiple Oracle platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Responsys / Oracle Unity / Oracle Infinity IQ, as well as strong SQL skills.

You will be responsible for developing insights from complex data sets and presenting actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Candidates must have:

  • 4+ years of experience designing and managing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation (minimum 2 customers).
  • Experience in developing BI reports with Oracle Infinity IQ, including dashboard insights.

This role requires:

  • Highly motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with effective time management.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic approach.

Preferred candidates will have Eloqua / Responsys + SQL skill sets.

  2. Manage and optimize email campaigns.
  3. Conduct A/B testing and hyper-personalization campaigns to improve engagement.
