Lead Senior Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Senior Designer to shape the future of customer experience. You will play a key role in designing and developing innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
As a Lead Senior Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead discovery, research, and data synthesis. Your goal is to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses for effective experiences.
- You will communicate ideas through excellent aesthetic and influential voice to shape and position concepts for customer impact.
- You will present your own work to stakeholders and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders.
- You will contribute to the creation of new design systems and deliver interaction design and illustrations for basic digital product features.
Key Requirements:
- Complex system mapping and process mapping
- Audits and competitive landscaping
- User research and design for iterative testing
- Prototyping skills with familiarity of UX/UI design tools, including advanced experience with Figma
- Component-based design-development
- Solid experience with product design methodologies
- Solid experience of visual, sensory systems design and navigation systems design
- Creating sitemaps
- Interaction design
- Process and specifications documentation
- Presentation design
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise.
