Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating engaging visual content to support our marketing efforts and help drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work showcasing their design skills, experience working in the B2B space, and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to take on a variety of projects, from social media graphics and sales collateral to web and landing page visuals. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table while maintaining consistency with our brand standards.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with open-ended briefs. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns and events
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including decks, brochures, and case studies
  • Elevate long-form content into visually engaging formats
  • Collaborate with marketers to design and refine website pages and landing page layouts
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand standards and contribute to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines
  • Handle day-to-day design requests with speed and creativity
What We're Looking For
  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer in the B2B space (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web
  • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear outputs
Success Metrics
  • Become the go-to design partner for the marketing team, handling requests with confidence
  • The marketing team is equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, social media, and upcoming events
  • Contribute to our new brand guidelines, helping to define the look and feel that will scale with us
  • Build repeatable templates enabling the team to produce collaterals more efficiently
  • Designs are measurably improving engagement across campaigns
