About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and be able to prepare accurate financial statements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
    • Manage the month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
    • Review expenses for proper classification and recognition, and oversee revenue recognition processes.
    • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations.
    • Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
    • Prepare various financial reports and analysis for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.
  • Proven expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the month-end closing process.
  • Experienced in team management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS.
  • Hands-on experience with GST compliances and return filings.
