Job Title: Digital 3D Model Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital 3D Model Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models that meet our project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Import and clean raw 3D models using Blender (apply transforms, remove unused geometry, merge unnecessary objects).
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions for objects, materials, and textures.
  • Optimize and compress textures for web/mobile performance.
  • Export final assets in .glb/.gltf , .obj, .fbx format with a focus on lightweight file sizes.
  • Document workflows and maintain an organized asset library for the development team.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Blender with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and find efficient solutions.
