Pensions Support Role

Equiniti is a leading provider of technology and solutions for complex administration and payments. In this role, you will be providing frontline support services to all servicing teams within the Customer Services Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers and advisers through various channels to ensure regular and accurate timely updates.
  • Identify tasks and correspondence types, setting up the appropriate action to ensure completion within the allocated timeframe.
  • Escalate any risks to the customer or the business to your line manager with possible solutions to mitigate these risks/issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the servicing teams across a range of queries and products as required by the business.
  • Support advisers who have produced an illustration via an online portal or who wish us to undertake a telephone interview with the customer to obtain medical data.
  • Understand our product offering in the context of the industry as a whole and talk confidently to our customers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service-focused environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing effectively with challenging and concerned customers.
  • Demonstrable experience of producing information and documents to a high standard of presentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills.
  • Effective numeracy and data analysing skills.
  • Fluent in one of the following languages: French.
