Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and reports that support informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement data models for performance and scalability using Power BI.
- Connect, import, and transform large datasets from various sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.).
- Develop customized BI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy, reliability, and security within Power BI reports.
- Automate data refreshes and manage Power BI Service workspaces, apps, and permissions.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing reports and dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI/Data Visualization role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Power BI Service).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts.
- Knowledge of Excel and other BI/analytics tools is mandatory.
