Job Title:

HSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with a passion for promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HSE plans, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and mitigate risks.
  • Investigate incidents and analyze root causes to develop corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on HSE procedures and best practices to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE into project activities and ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects/operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering or Science or HSE discipline.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
  • Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications.
  • Incident Investigation Techniques certificate.
