We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our global customer base. As a Customer Liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions and delivering exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging virtual presentations to prospective customers to showcase our certification programs.
  • Provide personalized guidance on program details, enrollment procedures, and next steps to build trust and confidence.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to gauge satisfaction and address concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and support teams to meet business objectives.
  • Compile reports and provide actionable insights on customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to conduct confident virtual presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to connect with diverse customer groups.
