This role is responsible for working with analysts and on-shore consulting teams to deliver excellent client experiences through detailed checking and communication.

• Thoroughly check all work minimizing rework and meeting quality standards.
• Monitor progress ensuring timelines are met.
• Effectively manage projects and MetriX.
• Provide regular feedback grooming doers to be competent independent doers.
• Participate in knowledge sharing training process improvement initiatives participating in testing of new tools processes and roll outs.

• Graduation with Mathematics Statistics Actuarial Science or any subject with sizeable mathematical content.
• 2-5 years of actuarial experience.
• Knowledge of pension PRM and actuarial fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools.
• Strong EXCEL Word skills.
• Excellent communication and good coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects delivering quality timely consistent results.
