Job Title: Research Director

The company is seeking a seasoned Research Director to oversee its market research operations. As the primary point of contact for external clients, this role will require effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic direction, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement process improvements.
  • Create compelling narratives from complex data insights, presenting findings in clear, actionable recommendations that meet client needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning across the organization, encouraging experimentation, calculated risk-taking, and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market research or a related field, preferably with a strong focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact research projects that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, or inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Adept at creating compelling narratives from complex data insights, with the ability to present findings in clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research results to non-technical audiences.
