Job Title:

Printer Specialist

  • Install, configure, and maintain large format printers at customer locations.
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of printing systems (hardware and software).
  • Diagnose printer faults, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve technical issues related to printing peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and networking issues for business customers.
  • Perform calibration, alignment, and test prints to ensure optimal printer performance.
  • Maintain detailed service reports after each service visit, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and parts used.
  • Coordinate with technical support teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements when needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers on proper usage and maintenance of printing systems.
  • Ensure timely service response and meet defined service KPIs.
  • Support customer escalations and follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on new printer models, software updates, and technical service procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Epson Large Format Printers.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and travel to customer locations.
