About the Role

As a senior validation expert, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for validating cutting-edge Wi-R technology.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems
  • Establishing world-class labs and automation frameworks to streamline validation processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips
  • Strong expertise in lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C, and C++ for automation and data analysis
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams
  • A passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies
