Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations
  • Formulating designs that strike a balance between practicality, aesthetics, and intended purposes
  • Ensuring quality of design and managing timelines effectively
  • Drafting layouts
  • Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in commercial and hospitality interiors
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding high-quality designs
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, technical drawings, and drafting skills - Proficient in Autocad, Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup / 3DS-Max
