This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer support associate in the e commerce industry. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat, emails, and telephone.
As a successful candidate, you must have good written and spoken English skills, be tech-savvy with good PC skills, have a genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service, provide first call resolutions, and maintain a high level of service and focus.
The job involves working in a friendly, fun, and upbeat team environment with opportunities for personal skill development. You will also enjoy fun events every month, satisfaction from being part of a fast-growing organization, and handsome salary with incentives.
The role requires flexibility and being a team player, always being professional, punctual, and reliable. You will work 5 days a week for international clients and 6 days a week for domestic clients. Growth opportunities are available for those who want to work long term.
The company offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, fully air-conditioned premises, cafeteria, gym, ATM, and other facilities within the premises. The location is in the centre of town with good public transport facilities. Good PG accommodation is available nearby the office.
