Job Title: Strategic Account Executive

The role of a Strategic Account Executive is to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure their business needs are met and that they receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Understand client business goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, and that our solutions align with their business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, and develop strategies to increase revenue and expand our presence in these markets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
