We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to deliver comprehensive training and development initiatives.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for new franchise partners on company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Create engaging training materials and manuals to support franchisee education and growth.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of Therapeutic Wellness Centres.
Our ideal candidate will introduce the Olivelife Ventures business model to potential new prospects, develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new franchise partners, and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will travel to various cities to provide on-site training and support for new franchise partners, assist in setting up new Wellness Centres in different locations, build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, and serve as the main point of contact for franchisee inquiries and issues.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry. They should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
