We seek a Technical Architect to lead our technology team, bridging business and engineering teams. As the Technical Architect, you will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor developers, and design scalable integration frameworks across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the India technology team as an architectural leader, collaborating with developers, managers, and stakeholders.">
  • Define technical architecture and integration patterns for Zywave's ecosystem, including Salesforce and custom applications.">
  • Serve as the bridgepoint for system integration, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.">
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor developers on best practices, coding standards, and architectural frameworks.">
  • Partner with global stakeholders (Product, Business, and RevTech teams) to align architecture with business needs.">
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies to support evolving product requirements.">
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, balancing delivery with long-term scalability.">
  • Drive architecture governance, ensuring documentation, security, and compliance are embedded in solutions.">
  • Support stakeholder discussions and presentations to articulate technical approaches clearly.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, at least 3+ years in an architect role.">
  • Strong background in application integration, enterprise architecture, and API-first design.">
  • Experience working with Salesforce and integrating it with external boundary systems.">
  • Proficiency in designing cloud-based solutions, microservices, and enterprise integrations.">
  • Knowledge of modern integration technologies (REST APIs, GraphQL, ESB, middleware, event-driven architectures, etc.).">
  • Hands-on expertise in a modern backend language (Java, C#, Python, Node.js).">
  • Ability to influence technical decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working across technical and business teams.">
