Senior Event Strategist

This role entails spearheading the planning, execution, and oversight of all company events. The Senior Event Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic event plan that supports key marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, product launches, corporate gatherings, and internal events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to ensure seamless event integration and communication.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A master's degree is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in event management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and international event handling experience.
  • Proven success in planning and executing various types of events, both in-person and virtual.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems.
