At our organization, we are reimagining BPO services with AI at its core. Our next phase of growth requires a talented individual to design, automate, and scale our testing philosophy using the power of AI.

Role Overview

This role combines elements of QA testing, product ownership, and AI orchestration. As the test engineer, you will set up intelligent systems, create repeatable frameworks, vet new feature releases, and ensure the experience feels just right – the 'vibe' matches the vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and run AI-powered test cases at scale using tools like GPT-based agents and automated test generation systems.
  • Manually test flows to spot edge cases, experience breaks, and 'vibe mismatches.'
  • Build intelligent, repeatable testing frameworks using tools like Cypress, Playwright, or custom setups using JavaScript.
  • Design and refine test scenarios to catch both technical bugs and UX mismatches.
  • Own the release quality of products from a user and business perspective, not just technical correctness.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to feed insights into product improvements.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of testing systems, workflows, and improvements.
Requirements
  • High judgment: distinguish between a 'perfectly working' feature and a 'perfectly feeling' feature.
  • High agency: take ownership, spot gaps nobody pointed out, and act fast.
  • Technical fundamentals:
  • Comfortable with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Bonus if you've used Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or custom-built test scripts before.
  • Smart and curious: enjoy learning new tools (especially AI-based tools) and applying them creatively.
  • Product intuition: think about products from a user's perspective, not just from an engineer's checklist.
  • Organized communicator: clearly document bugs, edge cases, and testing flows.
  • Prior experience in QA, product ops, growth ops, or generalist tech roles (2–3 years).
  • Or smart self-taught candidates who can prove they've built/tested things.
