Civil Project Leader Position

Job Type: Full-time Employment Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Leader to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To supervise daily project activities at the construction site and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients to achieve project goals
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and site documentation
  • Evaluate and ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment at the site
  • Enforce strict safety standards and quality control measures at all times
  • Analyze and resolve site-level issues and minor technical problems quickly
  • Inspect the site regularly to maintain cleanliness and discipline
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and plans effectively
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills required
  • Knowledge of construction industry safety norms and quality procedures
