Job Title: Composite Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Composite Production Manager to lead our shop-floor operations across various composite manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in composite production and be able to manage a team towards achieving daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • Manage and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
  • Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
  • Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Implement and maintain 5S and workplace discipline across assigned lines.
  • Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Technical understanding of composite manufacturing
    • Team management and leadership
    • Problem-solving and process monitoring
