Job Opportunity: Holiday Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Holiday Operations Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting personalized holiday itineraries, managing hotel bookings and flight confirmations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft comprehensive and personalized holiday itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Manage hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other travel elements.
  • Oversee the entire holiday booking process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors (hotels, airlines, local partners) to secure competitive rates and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed before departure.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
  • Experience in handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries.
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services (flights, hotels, activities, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite.
