Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled data scientist with expertise in model development and customer data ingestion.

This role requires analytical rigor and innovative model building to enable data-driven decision-making and hyper-personalized marketing at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for segmentation, predictive analytics, prospect identification, targeting, personalization, churn prediction & retention, campaign performance and other business use cases.
  • Validate existing models applying end-to-end QA checks before sign-off, assess data ingestion, schema integrity, feature engineering, and label quality for business alignment, evaluate model predictions, performance metrics, drift monitoring, downstream outputs, and GUI integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data science, model validation, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
