Job Title: Desktop Publishing Specialist

DTP specialist for a work-from-home night shift role, Monday to Friday, 8:30pm-5:30am IST. We are seeking an experienced desktop publisher with expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

This is a remote DTP job requiring proficiency in multiple languages and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in localization projects, including working with multilingual content in InDesign, MS Word, and performing quality assurance checks.

  1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
  2. Familiarity with Acrobat Professional, PDF remediation, and other tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines
  5. Capable of making sound decisions in critical situations with a high level of problem-solving ability

We prefer candidates with experience in healthcare DTP projects, formatting large print documents, and using tools like Citrix, VPN, or similar applications.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Creating high-quality DTP outputs, including brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
  2. Converting complex layouts into digital format
  3. Performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Please note that this is a night shift role, so we require candidates who are comfortable working late hours.
