Integration Architect

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect to join our middleware team at ixceed-solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    1. ">
    2. Designing, developing, and deploying integration flows using IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
    3. Collaborating with business analysts and architects to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    4. Developing and maintaining message flows, ESQL, JavaCompute nodes, and other integration components.
    5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to middleware and integration components.
    6. Performing unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
    7. Monitoring and optimizing the performance of integration solutions.
    8. Documenting design, development, and operational procedures.
    9. Working with other middleware technologies and tools as needed (e.g., MQ, REST/SOAP services).
    10. Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
    11. Supporting production deployments and providing post-deployment support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IIB Developer with hands-on experience in IBM Integration Bus (v9, v10, or later).

  • Strong knowledge of ESQL, Java, and message flow development.

  • Experience with WebSphere MQ (MQ Series) and messaging concepts.

  • Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services.

  • Understanding of middleware architecture and integration patterns.

  • Experience with XML, JSON, and related data transformation techniques.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
