NetSuite Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite professional to fill this role. Key responsibilities include evaluating customer business needs, translating them into scalable solutions and leading clients throughout the implementation phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer's business needs and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Develop detailed solution designs and lead clients throughout the implementation phase.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ERP delivery including design, testing, validation, deployment and user training.
  • Prepare detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.
  • Create and execute test plans including unit testing, system integration testing, UAT and regression testing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting.
  • Proven experience in initial system setup and configuration, data migration planning and execution, master and transactional data setup, ERP cut-over and go-live planning.
  • Expertise in configuring company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups, vendor payment methods, banking, inventory and sales modules.
  • Functional knowledge of sales & distribution, pricing, forecasting, procurement, BOM, production planning, inventory & stock management, QA, returns management, financial reporting, GL, P&L, balance sheet impacts.
Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and be proficient in NetSuite saved searches, workflows, reports and scripting. Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), HRMS and Payroll systems is also desirable.
