We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's communication strategy.

As a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that showcases our expertise and innovative spirit in the digital services domain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough research on technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content.\
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading technical documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts.\
  • Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with our company goals and user needs.\
  • Ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across all written materials by working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders.\
  • Developing scripts for video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.\
  • Creating clear, concise, and accessible content that enhances the user experience and makes complex technical information engaging for our target audience.\
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical communication.\
  • Gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the content quality.\
  • Collaborating with designers and multimedia specialists to integrate relevant graphics, videos, and interactive elements into the content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.\
  • Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role, in the technology or digital services industry.\
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.\
  • Proficiency in scripting and storytelling for video content production.\
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.\
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.\
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
