Visual Designer & Content Creator

 

This role involves creating engaging visual content, such as graphics and videos, for a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects.
  • Utilizing industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit designs.
  • Conducting research and gathering inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends and industry best practices.
  • Producing content to be posted on social media platforms.
  • Establishing creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
  • Creating video concepts, such as promotional videos and short videos for brand awareness and ongoing promotions.
  • Editing and manipulating video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other social media channels.
  • Understanding the narrative and objectives of the video content and developing a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques. They should also have creative thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Additional requirements include proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is also desirable.
