UX Design Engineer Role

We are a leading Cyber Security Product Company. We are looking for a UX Design Engineer to be part of our cutting-edge solutions and services addressing next-generation technological challenges.

Job Description:

  • Design interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Maintain attention to detail in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.
  • Apply user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations and color palettes).
  • Make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Foster consistent style standards on fonts, colors and images.
  • Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
  • Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.

Skill Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in creating UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer and strong portfolio of related projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in prototyping tool Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • BASIC knowledge of web development to validate design feasibility.
  • Great attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs and suggestions.
  • Strong team player able to collaborate effectively with teams & different stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/UI design and usability.
