Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead the strategic growth of our business unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth: Lead the business unit with full financial accountability, setting and executing a roadmap to deliver revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership.
  • Revenue Acceleration & Business Development: Drive top-line growth by developing high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding market share in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Financial Performance & Profitability: Oversee all financial aspects of the business unit, ensuring budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance.
  • Scalable Operations: Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Leadership for Performance: Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 15+ years of proven leadership with P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
