Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients regarding statutory filings, compliance, and financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory forms and returns with regulatory bodies.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, income tax provisions, TDS regulations, and GST laws.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of income tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any legal or compliance issues related to statutory filings and financial statements.
  • E nsure compliance with GST regulations, including timely submission of returns, reconciliation, and addressing any GST-related queries.
  • Provide accurate and reliable financial information to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, income tax provisions, TDS regulations, GST laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools, including Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to address complex financial and compliance issues.
