Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.

  • Identify and target prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers and HR executives.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that ensure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network of clients, prospects and industry contacts in the US.
  • Deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes and vendor engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and hunter mentality.
