Job Overview:

This is a senior-level role that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Alternate Investment Fund regulations, CS or CA or MBA.

The successful candidate will lead compliance for all provisions of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead compliance for all provisions of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars.
  • Responsible for Gift City operation and its compliances on day to day working.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting and compliance teams for timely regulatory reporting and compliances.
  • Manage investor queries related to compliance on regular basis.
  • Flag issues proactively and foresee outcomes keeping operational risk framework in mind.
  • Develop efficient controls for reconciliations, risk and compliance management, review MIS and daily operations management.
  • Represent senior management and drive organizational culture and values among employee base.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum least 5 years in related activities in securities market or financial products including portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management.
  • Knowledge of Finance / Accounting preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
